Maps and external links
When you use the map, your browser requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Clicking introduction, photo or map links opens an external website, such as Bing, Google Maps or Wikimedia Commons, under that site's own terms and privacy notice. The place query may include its region. Health and contact fields are not included in those links.

This notice explains how the Panda Care Global brand website handles general inquiries. Contact the service team at the published email below for information about the responsible operator or service entity, or to make a privacy request. The contracting entity will be identified in the service agreement.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email or messaging contact and any optional country or region, language, travel dates, party size, interests, organization, general message and referral code you provide. The system records an inquiry reference, submission time and consent records. Limited technical information may be recorded by the server for operation and abuse prevention.
Please avoid sensitive information
The public form does not request or accept file uploads. Do not include diagnoses, medical records, identity documents, passports, payment card details or detailed sensitive information. If a later service requires medical information, a separate process, recipient explanation and applicable consent requirements will be provided.
Use and disclosure
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss services and maintain inquiry records. Access is limited to authorized people handling the inquiry; necessary hosting and technical providers may process it. Initial inquiries are not automatically shared with suppliers or referral partners. If service delivery requires information to be provided to independent providers, the relevant arrangement will first be explained, except where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell inquiry information.
Storage, transfers and retention
Inquiries are processed by the server hosting this website. Submitting from outside the hosting country may involve an international transfer; contact us before submission if you need the current hosting location. General inquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for 180 days by default and then cleared. Records needed for agreed services, disputes or legal obligations may have different retention periods, explained as applicable.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The public form uses temporary page state to help prevent duplicate submissions; administration uses necessary session mechanisms. Access controls and transport protection help safeguard information, but no online transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit an inquiry. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent to contact about your inquiry. We may need proportionate identity verification to protect your information. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing; any applicable legal or necessary retention limits will be explained. Do not send identity documents with your initial privacy request.
Children and updates
An adult or lawful guardian should submit inquiries; do not submit sensitive information about children through this form. Updates will be reflected on this page. Material changes to how previously collected information is used will be addressed in accordance with applicable requirements.
