Panda Care helps international clients turn a request for healthcare and time in China into practical arrangements, with the responsibilities of each provider made clear.
Our role
We clarify your service needs, coordinate communication with potential institutions, and help arrange language support, travel and accompanying-family logistics. Clinical decisions and whether an institution can accept a patient remain with that institution.
Where we can coordinate
Pilot services are underway in Chengdu. We can also coordinate reception services with JK Medical Group, headquartered in South Korea, and its Beidaihe branch. The specific institution, services and dates require individual confirmation.
Resources in development
We are in discussions with tertiary general hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities. These discussions are not a confirmed service network or a promise of appointment availability.
What to ask us before deciding
Ask for the contracting entity and its registration details, the coordinator for your request, the proposed institution and provider contacts, and a written scope of work. A doctor listed in our directory is an information source, not evidence of a partnership or guaranteed access.
A plan you can review
Before agreeing to services, request a summary of your needs, proposed institutions with items still awaiting confirmation, an itemized proposal, and a checklist of travel arrangements. Only separately confirmed items should be treated as booked.
