Medical care, Panda Care coordination and third-party travel services are separate costs. A useful estimate shows who provides each item, who receives payment, and what is still unconfirmed.
Medical institution charges
Consultation, examinations, treatment and other clinical charges are determined by the institution and paid to it. Ask which items are estimates and which may change after assessment.
Panda Care coordination fee
Request the exact included tasks, language-support hours or days, the quoted currency, any additional-service charges and the payment milestones in the written proposal. There is no universal package price on this website.
Third-party expenses
Flights, accommodation, transfers, meals and optional activities may have separate suppliers and cancellation rules. Ask for the supplier, amount, currency, validity and payment recipient for each item.
Your quote checklist
For every line, confirm: scope and quantity; included and excluded items; amount and currency; payment recipient and timing; quote validity; change, cancellation and refund terms. Ask that uncertain costs be identified rather than folded into a headline total.
Before making a payment
Confirm the contracting party and payment details through the agreed contact channel. Ask which payment methods are actually available for your country and quote, including any transfer or conversion fees. This website does not collect payment.
If your plans change
Ask which arrangements have already been booked and which providers’ terms apply. Medical, coordination and travel charges may have different change or refund conditions; confirm them before committing.
